Remarks

The papyri are thin and currently have a very unstable and fragile consistency. P 13500 consists of two sheets ca. 35 cm wide, while P 13501 consists of four narrower sheets ca. 14 cm wide (p. 3). The substrate is notably iron-rich, which complicates the differentiation of iron in the ink versus the papyrus itself (p. 5).
