Evidence
"But the Safavid painters to create a yellow colour in addition to orpiment in folio 200 to paint the bright yellow background and saddle has used of the Indian yellow (Tab 5-44)."
Remarks
In this project, identification relied on FORS and FOMF because sub-light UV observation was not available (p. 190). It is distinctly used in later Safavid additions to the manuscript (p. 189).
