Remarks
A red colorant is used extensively in the manuscript Clm 19413 (dated to the 10th century) for diagrams and decorative textual elements. Specifically, on fol. 116v, a diagram depicting the grade of relatedness is executed with red lines (p. 47). This same diagrammatic layout is shared with manuscript ÖNB 1761 (p. 47). Red ink is also observed in the 'charter script' formula on fol. 127vb (p. 44).
