"Unfortunately, the margins of the manuscript are sometimes heavily damaged and the folio number of the last folio containing the end of the Nannūl can only be partially read... an incomplete copy of the Purapporulvenpamalai (5552, fols 35r–44v), which stops abruptly in the middle of the text."

Remarks

These manuscripts (MSS nos 5549–5552) constitute a single codicological unit. The Nannūl section suffers from heavy damage to its margins, which obscures folio numbering (p. 338, footnote 89). The Purapporuḷveṇpāmālai section is an incomplete copy that ends abruptly in the middle of the text (p. 338). The date is inferred as 19th century based on the context of the corpora study.
