Remarks

Sulaiman bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdul Wahhab (d. 1233 AH) is noted for a distinctive feature in his manuscripts: the frequent and simultaneous use of multiple color pigments. These colors—red, yellow, green, and blue—were used alongside black ink for decoration and rubrication. The author states that it is rare to find a manuscript in his hand that does not feature this specific combination of colors (p. 235).
