Remarks

Paper used in a copy of the Masnavi of Jalal al-Din Rumi (Mevlana Muzesi, Konya, 51). The paper shows variation in color, with folios 159-229 being notably pink (p. 334). The paper is smooth and slightly shiny, with a thickness of 2mm for 10 sheets. Laid lines are horizontal, occurring at a density of 20 lines per 28mm (p. 334).
