A small codex consisting of ten parchment leaves with a text area of 58 x 98 mm. The support shows physical-chemical deterioration including stains and photo-oxidative damage which interfere with reading (p. 1-3). The leaves are currently arranged incorrectly relative to the textual sequence (p. 2).
