Preparation Steps

Take one part yellow arsenic and one-quarter part sal ammoniac (nushadir). Grind the arsenic thoroughly. Grind the sal ammoniac with it. Mix them and put them in a bull's bladder. Tie its top and hang it in a furnace for a little while at night. When it is morning, take it out. You will find that everything has become a soft, dough-like substance. Write with it on clothes and parchment and whatever you wish.
