Remarks

In the Yemeni manuscript Ṣanʿāʾ/DaM (A), rubricated ink is used to designate section marks (bāb) and titles (p. 58). The script exhibits a local Yemeni feature where letters like 'dāl' and 'ṭāʾ' are 'under-punctuated throughout the text' (p. 55). The manuscript is dated to the last quarter of the eighteenth or first quarter of the nineteenth century (p. 54).
