The handbook of medicine Hs. 16 B 20 was completed in Cairo by the odabaşı İbrāhīm in 1130 AH (1718). The red ink is utilized for headings and double borders (p. 301). The manuscript also contains later marginal additions including medical recipes for ointments (ff. 4a) and medicine against colds (f. 172a).
